Returns and Replacement Policy

 

 

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase
• If you have received a defective product or the wrong product, we will process your replacement and send the correct and defect-free product. We will issue a full refund if we are not able to send the right product.
• Rs. 300 are charged for hand-to-hand replacement shipping. We will not charge this fee if there's a defect in the product or you have received the wrong product.
• You can also choose to send back the product through any standard courier at our address: 2nd Floor, 15-CCA, Main commercial, DHA Phase 8 (Ex-Parkview), Lahore
• Any returns and replacements are only possible if the tags and packing of the product in question are not removed. We will not be able to accept any returns if tags and packing are removed.
• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, you have the option to exchange it with any other product from our store. Returns are not accepted in this case. 
• Customer must submit picture/video proof of the fault when requesting a return.
• Change of mind is not a valid reason
